Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped directly from Sydney, Australia. We take great care to prepare each Outback Box so it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons (such as Christmas or major holidays), please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
We currently ship from Sydney to destinations across the UK.
Standard Shipping – FREE
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK. Delivery usually takes 10–30 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
Optional Upgrade
If you’d like your Outback Box to arrive sooner, we offer upgraded international shipping at checkout for an additional cost.
All parcels include tracking information, so you can follow your order every step of the way from Sydney to your doorstep.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our gift boxes ship directly from Australia, which means UK Customs may charge VAT or import fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by the UK government and need to be paid by the recipient before delivery can continue. We wish we could cover them for you, but at this stage we aren’t able to prepay these fees (DDP). Thank you for understanding — we promise your Outback Box will be worth the wait!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We always aim to deliver on time, but please note that international shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier issues. We’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to ensure your hamper arrives safely.
