Who can I ship to?

Our company has just launched in 2025 so we only ship to Australia and the UK.
As our company continues to grow we will start shipping to other countries.

Will I be charged customs duties or VAT on my order?

Possibly. All orders are shipped from Australia, which means UK Customs may apply import VAT or a small handling fee when your parcel arrives in the country. These charges are determined by UK customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. At this time, we are unable to prepay these fees (known as DDP), so they must be paid by the customer directly to release the parcel.

We always aim to keep our product values reasonable to help minimise these charges, and most customers find the fees small — but it’s important to be aware before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

We provide free shipping with every box. This usually takes between 10-30 business days depending on the desired destination.

Yes! Every box has the option of writing a personal message. This message will be handwritten onto a postcard from Sydney.
